I am a former student of California State University, Monterey Bay obtaining my degree in Environmental Studies with a concentration in education. My passion is to help people, it excites me knowing that I am able to help and teach others about simple things that can make this planet a better place. I have always known I wanted to become an environmental activist, but coming to this university defined and reassured me that this is the correct route to take.  I was inspired by various organizations that I volunteered for that focused on environmental education and specializes in food security for everyone. By the end of my life, I want to have been able to reach out to at least one person. I believe our youth is the place to start, they can be our new beginning.
